Terms of Service

1. The service

Joy data services provides virtual servers billed per cycle. You are responsible for what runs on your servers and for keeping your access credentials safe.

2. Acceptable use

No unlawful content, no abuse of the network (spam, scanning, attacks), no crypto-mining unless agreed in writing. We may suspend a server that harms other customers or the platform.

3. Billing

Services are prepaid per cycle. Renewal invoices are issued before the due date; unpaid servers are suspended and later removed together with their data. Wallet credit is non-transferable.

4. Availability

We aim for 99.9 % monthly availability of the virtualisation platform. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible.

5. Data and backups

You are responsible for backups of your data. A reinstall or termination erases the server's disks permanently.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected cycle.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after a change means acceptance. Questions: offcial@Joydata.services.
