What we collect

Your name, e-mail address, country, payment references (never full card numbers — those stay with the payment provider) and the technical logs required to operate the service.

Why

To create and bill your account, provision servers, answer support requests and comply with legal obligations.

Who else sees it

Our infrastructure provider receives the minimum needed to build and run your servers (a customer reference, e-mail and country). Payment providers receive what is needed to process a payment.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account exists and for as long as tax law requires invoices to be stored afterwards.

Your rights

You can view and correct your details in the panel and request an export or deletion of your account by writing to offcial@Joydata.services.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and a preference cookie for the dark/light theme. No advertising trackers.
